Refund Policy:
Thank you for registering for our event. We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your registration. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be granted if the registration is cancelled at least one week (seven calendar days) prior to the event start date. Registrations cancelled after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Process:
If you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund, please notify us in writing or by email at least one week (seven calendar days) prior to the event start date. Include your full name, contact information, and the event details in your cancellation request.
Refund Processing:
Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
Refund Amount:
Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid during registration, minus any applicable processing fees or non-refundable deposits stated at the time of registration.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Please note that the following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
a. Cancellations made less than one week (seven calendar days) prior to the event start date.
b. No-shows or failure to attend the event.
c. Partial attendance or early departure from the event.
d. Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, unforeseen venue closures, or government-imposed restrictions.
Event Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the organizers, all registered participants will be notified promptly. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the above policy.
