The Dongzhi Seminar, Cocktail Reception and Dinner of the NHKBA was held on 6 December 2022 at the Royal Industrieele Groote Club in Amsterdam.
The theme of the seminar was "Sustainability across sectors in Hong Kong and China's Greater Bay Area" , with a special focus on Fashion and Green Finance as well as on the Opportunities in Hong Kong and China's Greater Bay Area.
This seminar offered a unique opportunity to learn more about the developments and opportunities in the broad field of sustainability.
Keynote speakers were:
- Ms Kelly Ruijgrok, CEO National Sustainability Institute, Global Sustainable Enterprise System and Data-for-good.com
- Ms Maureen Josef, CEO and Founder B-Spoken B.V.
- Mr Jaap van Vreden, CEO and Founder NL-Platform B.V.
Following the seminar, guests were invited to join the Cocktail Reception and the Dongzhi Dinner 2022*.

Het Dongzhi Seminar, de (gratis) Cocktail Reception en het Donghzi Diner van de NHKBA vond plaats op 6 december 2022 in de Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club in Amsterdam.
Seminar en Cocktail Receptie
Het Dongzhi Seminar plaatste de schijnwerpers op duurzaamheidstransitie in verschillende sectoren , waaronder Green Finance en Fashion. Daarnaast wordt aandacht besteed aan de kansen die HongKong en China's 'Greater Bay Area' bieden.
De bijeenkomst bood een unieke gelegenheid om meer te weten te komen over de ontwikkelingen en kansen op het gebied van duurzaamheid.

CEO of B SpokenMaureen Josef was Head of Buying and a Member of the Board of Directors of a European fashion retail chain. In 1997, she set up her own Fashion Design and Production Company based in Hong Kong and soon expanded to Shanghai. The focus of the company was placed on the design and production of tailored garments for men and ladies, collaborating with the leading Global Fast Fashion brands, producing millions of pieces per year under ODM/OEM.
In 2019 she started B-Spoken, a Digital Platform offering Sustainable Luxury Lifestyle Products, produced Local and shipped direct from Local Artisan to Customer saving CO2 footprint and costs.
