Karoline works/has worked for various leading companies, both nationally and internationally, including ESG lead for KPMG Governance Risk & Advisory Services, Ahold, Wolters Kluwer, Insurance (Aegon NL, Vivat, Conservatrix, Hooghenraed, Nuvema, Lifetri), Banks (ING, Rabo and ABN Amro), Asset Management (Actiam fund management, Aegon), Quion, Dirk van de Broek and BPF Bouwinvest.
