The Netherlands Hong Kong Business Association (NHKBA) promotes bilateral relations between the Netherlands and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as well as with the adjoining Chinese province of Guangdong and the Macau Special Administrative Region.
The members of the NHKBA form a network of people with often decades of experience in working and/or living in Hong Kong and/or China and doing business in, with or via this city.
The NHKBA was established as the Vereniging Nederland-Hong Kong in May 1978. It is the oldest of a network of similar Hong Kong Associations, all over the world.
The NHKBA is a founding member of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide.
The Netherlands Hong Kong Business Association provides a network for Dutch people interested in Hong Kong and the adjoining province of Guangdong and Macau as well as for people in Hong Kong interested in the Netherlands.
The Association offers members and their guests an opportunity to exchange, knowledge, ideas and experiences and to gain first hand information from prominent visiting speakers. The NHKBA regularly presents programs of interest and value to its members.
